Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY
We aim to provide a quick delivery by dispatching orders placed before 12pm on the same day.
UK Delivery is by Royal Mail 48 service tracked with delivery confirmation.
Standard 2nd Class -  £1.99
Express 1st Class - £2.99

Outside of the UK we currently offer delivery to Mainland Europe using fast Royal mail International tracked service.
European Postage Rates are calculated according to weight and size of parcel but roughly equate to the following amounts:

European Union Rates

Upto 2000gms  10.99 GBP  International Tracked service 4-7days
Upto 5000gms  16.99 GBP  International Tracked service 4-7days

If you want to place a bulk order please contact us and we will be able to provide with the best possible postal rates.
For all other international customers please contact us directly so we can confirm if we are able to deliver to your country.

RETURNS
We accept returns provided the item is returned in its original condition and unused within 14 days of purchase.
Unless items are faulty the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage costs.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If any item arrives damaged or is faulty, then we will replace the item or if not possible to do so we will refund the price and delivery charge.
Please note that we will only refund the delivery charge if the whole order is damaged or faulty.

REFUNDS
Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original card / payal account used to make the purchase.
*None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
Customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order, and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email to cancel the order before the cancellation time period has expired.
If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.

You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible within 5 days of your receiving the item back.
